There is a pink solid area with the volume of 1.7x1.5X1cm beside the bronchus 0.9 cm away from the bronchial stump, the boundary is clear. There were 3 black lymph nodes around parabronchial, 0.7-0.9 cm in diameter, and the rest of the lung tissue was spongy without abnormality. Lymph nodes: 10 gray black nodules, diameter 0.3-1, 2 cm.
